Well the early results are in and the consensus of Packer opinion (wow... that's an oxymoron) is that Ted Thompson really sucks! (13-3) Not only does he suck (youngest team in football... and that was WITH Favre on the roster) but Thompson also is an egomaniac (40+ million under the salary cap) and is probably responsible for Global Warming and the price of gas costing nearly $4.00 a gallon!Boo Hiss Double T!
You dastardly devil... why if it wasn't for you the Packers may have won our division and gone to the NFC Championship game. Ya Big Jerk!
He probably had something to do with our team not really having any glaring needs this draft so he could pick for 'best available' rather than 'some reach of a pick for need' instead. Ya Big Dummy!

This pick actually went over better for Packer fans. Now we had Steve Young lamenting what this will do to the psyche of Aaron Rodgers (wow... another oxymoron). Steve see's alot of himself in Aaron. Having to replace a legend. (No not Robbie Bosco at BYU) I take Steve's point... Aaron finally gets the job and already he's got some rookie looking over his back.
Well as Chris Farley used to say... "Laddy-frickin' Dee!"This is the NFL... as in Not For Long! There are NO guarantees and Aaron should welcome the competition. Besides... former Texan GM Charlie Casserly, a fair judge of football talent and management, said the Packers will still be shopping for a vet to backup Rodgers while Broam gets red shirted this year. Makes sense to me.
